  Printer in our office had been playing up, but no time ever to report. The lovely Dennan turned up today, unexpected, because he was in the area, and had the initiative to call his office to see if anyone in the local area needed support.   It is not often I get the chance to let others know how much we value Top service providers, but here is our shout for Active Copiers / Active I.T.!
For the last 20 to 25 years we have entrusted Active Copiers to all of our photocopy, print & scan requirements – for supplying of top quality branded reliable equipment and a service level which I go out on a limb to state is second to none!
You end up with a no nonsense high-value deal, transparent pricing and technical know-how for total assurance.  The Company directors continue to be ‘hands-on’ (along with the rest of their responsive team) and when I decided some time ago to keep an older machine running for about twice as long as intended, the speed in which Roger stripped out the entire print roller mechanism, refitted the replacement part and brought our operation back into action was well worth a compliment with dozens of tiny screws all retained and replaced after working hours (think ‘Copier’s world of an F1 pitstop tyre change’)
Roger & Tony are proud to reaffirm that their prices have deliberately being kept at low (high-value) rates and a huge Customer base has now been attained and more notably retained, not purely on pricing but on the overall service level – which these days I can confirm is much harder to find in general supplier terms and for us is paramount.  IF you want the cheapest deal, there may be others prepared to offer just that, for whatever period, but we would not pursue on that basis.
Active I.T. have for many years provided the Hardware and Software solutions and likewise have demonstrated technical prowess that has been reassuring when things out of our own remit need technical support and guidance!  When our Server failed they were on site in no time and within just a few hours had completely got everything up and running to enable the rest of the day’s workload to be completed by early evening.  ‘Impressive’ is an understatement

  We have used Active for a number of years now , for our IT, phones and copier.
The lads are also polite, professional and very good at their jobs.
Joe, Connor, John , Adam and of course Roger are always on hand and get the job done quick and efficient.I would like to give Ross a special mention, he is a valued member of the team!

  Active are always a breeze to deal with, and are very prompt in answering even the most mundane requests and tickets. They take a lot of the workload and stress out of a new business' IT needs allowing you to focus on your business and are super friendly to chat with.
